Kampala Parents' twins ace PLE as the school enrols 291 first graders

Kampala Parents' School, one of the greatest schools in the country, has retained its top rank after succeeding in the Results of the 2022 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE), which were revealed on Friday, January 27, 2023.

The Ruparelia Group-owned Kampala Parents recorded a huge result in last year's PLE examinations, with 291 of the 400 students achieving in Division 1, while the remainder received Second Division.

According to the results on this website, the bulk of the top achievers scored between aggregate 4 and 9.

Among those who excelled were the twins Komuntale Chantelle and Kemitale Chanelle, who both got four aggregates, Kigundu Joel (4), Katabira Amos (4), Jeremiah Ahumuza (4), and Emuron Joel (6).

Ms. Daphine Kato, the school administrator, said that although the school's results for the 2022 PLE are better than in previous years, more work would be required to ensure that all pupils enrolled succeed in the first division.

However, she was quick to point out that the nature of the findings might possibly be linked to COVID-19, which prohibited the education sector from operating freely.

Kampala Parents School, the country's first private primary school, has consistently ranked first in tests. The school has often topped such assessments in previous years, making it a one-stop shop for parents wishing to enrol their children ahead of the start of the first semester.

KPS has about 2500 students enrolled, 118 well-trained instructors, and over 150 non-teaching staff members. It is located near the Lugogo bypass. The students come from all around the globe.

The school is a regional curriculum day school. Parents in Kampala attend an international school that follows a local curriculum.
