It was fun on Saturday as Kampala Parents School (KPS) pupils
entertained parents, guardians and well-wishers during the Sports Day held at
the school’s sports ground.
The day's events began with a stunning procession. The students marched to the joy of their delighted parents before the field activities, which included sports and entertaining games like the sack race, took center stage.
Sports and play for children have been related to increases in academic ability, classroom conduct, positive emotional attitudes, and a better transition to school life.
Children at KPS are given opportunity to develop
their varied sports skills under the supervision of competent instructors and
coaches.
Sudhir Ruparelia's KPS is one of Uganda's best
private primary schools, offering pupils with a complete education.
