Sudhir Tycoon's CMS has been awarded East Africa's top real estate and property management firm.

Crane Management Services (CMS) has been named the best real estate and property management business in East Africa. CMS is Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia's Ruparelia Group of Companies' real estate and property management division.

Last night, the business was named the platinum winner of the Quality Excellence Award for "The Best Real Estate and Property Management Company in East Africa" for 2022-2023 by the East Africa Brand Quality Awards.

CMS made the announcement on its social media networks, adding, "East Africa has given their approval! We are East Africa's leading real estate and property management organisation."

Dr. Sudhir and his family have established Crane Management and Meera Investments as Uganda's foremost private property owners, managers, and developers for commercial and private real estate. Corporations invest in office buildings, retail centres, industrial facilities, residential units, and development projects, among other things.

Crane Management Services, which has been in business since 1996, is a competent property management agency with a large portfolio of properties in Kampala as well as Jinja, Mbale, and Mbarara, to name a few. It manages a diverse portfolio of assets, including commercial, industrial, and residential real estate, as well as office buildings.

"CMS is responding to the need for professional management services in the real estate industry at a time when Uganda is seeing outstanding development in the real estate management market," the group's website states.

Meera Investments, on the other hand, dates back to 1994. Its expertise is in innovative real estate ideas, particularly in property development and construction.

"Mera Investments LTD. embraces effective and efficient solutions in all phases of property development, from design to completion, to achieve maximum utilisation and productivity, making us the biggest landlord and leading property developer."

CMS oversees the Ruparelia Group's commercial properties, including Kingdom Kampala, The Cube, Kampala Boulevard, Electrical Plaza, Market Plaza, Hardware City, Crane Chambers, Gender, and Labour House.
