More than 200 primary 7 students were dedicated at Kampala Parents School before PLE.

In anticipation of the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) the following week, Kampala Parents' School committed over 200 primary seven candidates to God on Friday, November 8, 2023. The school held prayers for the candidates at the Naguru school grounds in Kampala, among other things. A few parents and well-wishers joined the pupils for the event. The three pillars of life, spirituality, morality, and physical fitness formed the basis of the prayers.

Imam Idi Kasozi, who represented the Muslim faith, and His Grace Paul Ssemogerere, the Archbishop of Kampala, led the colorful celebration. Together, they prayed for the kids' success on their examinations, anointed them, and dedicated them to God.

KPS Principal Ms. Daphne Kato provided the qualified candidates the skills they needed to be composed and focused in order to fly the school's flag high and thrive in their bright future in her remarks.

You should know that the Kampala Parents' School family is always there to assist you when your seven years of basic education come to a conclusion. Try not to panic even after you've completed your edits, Mrs. Kato said.

"The time has come, according to the Lord, for you to show your parents, relatives, and teachers that you have had enough training from everyone who has been engaged. The lecturer said that because your future starts now, set a strong foundation today and keep shining brightly even as you seek further degrees.

Mrs. Kato also sent her sincere gratitude to Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia, the school's Chairman of the Board, whose unwavering support, she said, is shown by the school's annual success in the PLE exams. She said, "I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the chairman, the school administration, and all the stakeholders for their unwavering contributions to what you (the candidates) are today."

The founder and leader of the Kampala Parents' School Board, Dr. Sudhir Ruparelia congratulated the 2023 P.7 candidates for their unshakable commitment in reaching this stage and encouraged them to set high goals for success in the PLE exams.

"I sincerely applaud our 2023 departed candidates for their commitment, perseverance, and hard work since the beginning of the year. Dr. Sudhir said, "I know it must have been a tough trek, but I assure you that it is the reason you will succeed because rough waves make experienced sailors."

He wished the candidates success on the 2023 PLE Exams and stated, "You have this, and God will take care of the rest." Success comes to those who seek him. Situated along Saddler Way in the urban suburb of Naguru, Kampala Parents' School is one of the best-performing schools in PLE this year, with 214 pupils getting ready to face the national tests next week.

According to UNEB statistics, 749,347 candidates registered for the PLE Exams this year, and it is expected that they will take their final exams at the 14,442 testing locations spread out around the country.

The Primary Seven candidates will be briefed on Tuesday, November 6, 2023, and the examinations will take place on Wednesday, November 7, and Tuesday, November 8.
